At Lagom Studio, we strive to provide a seamless and convenient delivery experience for our valued customers. Here’s what you need to know about our delivery process:
Mainland UK Delivery
Delivery to mainland UK addresses is absolutely free of charge. Once your custom build is complete, our team will reach out to you to discuss available delivery dates for your area. With our trusted couriers, we can deliver to 90% of mainland UK six days a week, offering you ample flexibility to choose a delivery day that suits you best. For more remote areas, our couriers have set delivery days each week to ensure prompt and reliable service.
We work with a trusted two-man delivery team to ensure your items are handled with care and delivered safely. While our team is generally able to deliver items to higher floors, there may be occasions where they deem it unsafe or potentially hazardous to carry items up stairs. In such cases, they may refuse to do so in order to avoid any risk of injury or damage.
Please note, while our couriers do their best to deliver to your preferred location, if there is no lift available, it is ultimately the customer’s responsibility to ensure items are moved from the ground floor to the required floor.
Additional Charges:
- First-floor deliveries are included as standard. Deliveries to higher floors are at the discretion of the courier and depend on safety considerations. They will assess whether it is safe to proceed without risking personal injury, damage to the cabinet, or property. Please ensure the space is accessible and clear to facilitate the delivery. If you have concerns about access, we recommend discussing them with us prior to delivery.
- For each additional floor, there is a £15 charge that can be paid directly to the courier on delivery. Please make us aware of this in the order notes.

Ireland / NI Delivery
For deliveries to Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands, we utilize the pallet network, which incurs an additional charge. Prior to placing your order, kindly contact us with your complete address details so we can provide you with an accurate quote for delivery.
Ireland will incur import tax and duties due to being part of the EU.
Isle Of Wight & All other Islands
There will be an extra shipping charge for these locations. Most customers use a company called Acclaim for IOW deliveries and the customer usually organises and pays for this forwarder. We usually ship the item to them on the mainland and they handle things from there. Please contact us first if you are unsure. We can use the pallet network which incurs a cost of £200 to these locations. Please email us before ordering.
Shipping Information for European Customers
We now ship to Europe. We charge a flat rate of £240 on all orders. Please select your country on the right hand side on checkout.
Please be aware that when your order arrives in your country, you will be responsible for paying any import taxes or duties. These charges vary from country to country and depend on the size and value of the cabinet ordered. On average, the import tax is around £80 – £180 depending on the order total (minus delivery) Most countries in Europe are set to around 20% tax rate. For example a product value of £800 will cost around £160 in import taxes.
For a more accurate estimate specific to your order, please email us with your cabinet specifications, and we will provide detailed information regarding the potential import costs.

Shipping to the USA & Canada
Shipping to the USA & Canada is split up into Small, Medium & Large.
Small – £350 (150cm and less)
Medium -£590 (160cm to 200cm)
Large – £750 (210cm to 300cm)
Duties and Taxes are around 20% of the product price.
There is now an additional 10% trade tariff fee added to any order amount. Our shipping company will send you an invoice once the order hits customs in the USA. Please pay this when you receive it otherwise goods are returned to us and this incurs incredibly high costs for the customer at that stage.

Shipping to Japan
Shipping to Japan is a flat rate of £1200. Import taxes are to be paid by the customer once the goods reach your country.
